Just went for a sweet cold weather run. I'm so glad I haven't lost any more fitness in taking 2 months off. 4 miles and I'm not even tired.
PS. Anyone do ******s? If so, how do you go about training yourself for that - as in, follow a structured program or just do as much as you can as often as possible? |

I posted about ******s before. I used to do them as part of my workout. |

Man I'm pooped! Second month first day I decided to do doubles to get more cardio in. In the morning I did Cardio X and the evening I did chest shoulders and triceps followed by AB RIPPER X! I had the hardest time taking a shower after-wards lol, that was a workout in itself!
I hate it, but I love it!:toocool: |

When I first started out I did sets of 10, alternating between regular push-ups & indian push-ups with a minute of rest in between. I gradually added one or two when I felt I could, cranking it up to sets of about 20 or so.
Once you can get going for a while you should switch to seeing how quickly you can do 100 ******s. A friend of mine has a record of seven minutes.
p.s. if you add an indian push-up to your ****** routine it kicks your ass tenfold. You can also do you push-ups on your knuckles if you want some iron hand conditioning, don't overdo it though. |

Note: this method is useless for body-builders like Kinetic Energy, as it develops strength, not muscle. |
Good for me though, as I don't really care about bulk. |

I'm going to the gym in 4 hours and I don't know what I should have for lunch.
Suggestions?
For breakfast, I had a handful of dry cereal and a banana with peanut butter. |

Sweet. Sounds good.
I have two of those things, and the other is easily accessible.
