Yeah I totally need to stretch more, its not something we really bother with in my sessions, guess because they take time. When I'm on my own I do more.
We measured my body fat tonight but I'd hardly drank anything so it screwed the reading. Apparently I have 20% fat, which is just ridiculous if you could see me. Ill have to add drinking more water to my list of things to do.

Yeah I'm still ing sore from going two days in a row. Dunno what I was thinking. Took the last two days off and landscaped my buddy's yard instead. Wooooo tan!

Ha, I was having such chest pains on my left side today that I kinda feared it had something to do with my heart. Not the first time it happens though, and the fact that it hurt more when I did certain movements convinced me it was all about the morning chest exercises. :p
I'm now doing 20 min hardcore bike cardio sessions twice per week... time to get rid of the extra fat I gained in the last couple month. I'm just not sure if I'm not going a bit too far trying to do it too quickly. I felt quite a bit more dizzy than normal today, when going into a standing up position after sitting for a while.

i ran a 5k this morning. 28:00 mins flat. first one i've ever done. it was kind of fun...but even at 7am was hot and humid.

My hero. That 430kg (948lbs) deadlift was a world record in his weight class (125kg), and I think only 50 or so pounds behind the all time record. He's an absolute freak and what makes me like him so much is that he is ripped, not fat and disgusting like a lot of powerlifters. He also has a 260kg bench, 380kg squat, that's bloody brutal.
Anyway to me, I'm 6'2" at 92kg. Which I think is like 210 pounds or so? Been working out for 2 years and have put on roughly 18kg's of muscle :P. I was very skinny when I started, now i'm getting called a tank :P
Also, the above vid is the first time anyone has ever done 3 lifts bigger than 400kg in one competition. 405+425+430=1260KG. freak!
