I only commented on your ridiculous jumping routine your so proud of, lol. Everyone needs to do core work no matter what type of athlete u are. I don't do roids either, lol. I'm 5-10 @ 168. Now settle down and quit ruining the thread. It's over dude...RELAX

That's it: next week I'm going to see a nutritionist. My body is almost fine, but no matter how much I run, my stomach refuses to shrink! I lost 4 kilos, I've built some nice muscles, and I can't get rid of 'em love handles :rolleyes:

it's pretty much all diet. imo before you go spend good money on a nutritionist try keeping a food diary for a week. my guess is that you will be surprised at what you eat/drink on a weekly basis.

Actually, I know, because I live alone - but, I don't think my diet is that bad. I just don't know what to do with the carbs. What am I supposed to eat? Wheat and rice is my staple diet, and I try not to overdo it :(
