Whats your advice on getting rid of the chest situation?
I run around 40mins on the tread.
Incline press machine (120lbs x 5, 60 x 10 - 4 sets)
Row Machine (150lbs x 10-12 - 5 sets)
Sitting press machine (100lbs x 5, 50 x 10 - 4 sets)
by this point, my chest is pretty fubared.
and I do pushups everyday at home
Whats your suggestion? |
Why dont you actually get on a bench? Youll get a better workout with freeweights than with machines. |

start with pushes.
push yourself away from the ing table.
With your workout it's pretty much down to diet and sleep. Diet being 80% of the battle. No more Ho Hos  |

you have to admit machines are good to specifically target a small area but overall free weights are better for a number of reasons |

mason has a pretty ridiculous chest. id use his plan. Do incline barbell bench and flies.
Flat bench gives you |

I go to the gym alone, so I dont have a spot to watch me. Ive had times when my shoulder or wrist would give out on me, so Id rather just stick to the machine.
As far as pushing away food, I actually have no problem with that... my biggest problem is that I try to find comfort food right now because I spend so much time studying. Any suggestions on healthy snakes? Im not a fan of cardboard so rice cakes are out. |

Vegetables are your friends!
Things high in fiber and proteinwill keep you full longer (try a bowl of good cereal like Raisin Bran or something, and maybe some cheese for hte protein). |
