Health reasons. I'm not supposed to eat dairy including eggs, spicy foods, fatty foods, caffeine, or alcohol. I was really sick almost all of 2008, and I don't want to go back to that.
Psssh all you want, but I know you wouldn't be able to handle the pain, unless you would like being in labor on and off randomly for hours to days at a time for about 10 months straight because that is the level of pain I was in.
The last time I got drunk with Winston I ended up in the ER for IV fluids and enough morphine to kill a grizzly. |

I hadn't been to the gym since Thursday so decided to go all out today. Over 100 minutes of blood, sweat and tears were given. It probably wasn't the best idea to mix so much cardio with some weight training, but I feel fantastic at the moment.
I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow though. |

| I pwned some dudes on the track today. I had the place to myself until about 10 minutes into my run when these 3 douchebags came in...then about 5 minutes after they started to catch up and ALMOST lapped me, but I in' gave'r and wouldn't let any of them pass, lol. After 2 laps of that they all left, lol. Faggots. |

How many you laps you doing Jen, or are you not really keeping score?
I used to do laps on an indoor track which was 200m round instead of your standard 400m outdoor and used to get through about 30-40 on a cardio workout. |

| I'd say about 20-30, depending on how fast I run. Usually I aim for 20 laps or 20 minutes....whichever comes first. If I get to 20 laps before 20 minutes is up and I feel like I can keep pushing it, I will. |

I'm guessing then that you're on a 200 meter track. Good going kid, keep it up. |

Well at least you got 1 good thing going for you. A copy of Windows '98 and your CRT monitor must be depressing enough on it's own.

I installed XP months ago! And other than the space it takes up, I like this monitor. :p
Depression just isn't part of my lifestyle, lol. |

sorry to hear, to tell the truth getting drunk really isn't all that it's cracked up to be. combine that with getting sick in the hospital and that's a situation. keeping yourself healthy is way more important than having some types of food or drink. |

| Yep a life without the opportunity to jump out of perfectly good airplanes and put your foot up the ass of a third world skinny is definitely not worth living! |
