i would've been a good football player, but there was only football in my school.
isn't it time to stop calling football, football? it's only played in one country for christ sakes! the entire world plays football, and that is the proper name for it! England invented football...

| I was just called a primadonna a lot... for looking bad ass with my sleeves tucked in :p whatever though I was a stud and the running backs coach loved me so he stood up for me when the head coach (fing ******) wanted me off the team. Apparently I was a "cancer" |

| after 2 long years (and finally a full time job), I decided to finally get back to the gym. Luckily, the place across the street from me is a pretty good deal for Manhattan ($60 a month) and it's 24 hours. |

I played varsity soccer sophomore year before I decided to quit and play real American football! |

real American Football?! Please, wake the up! Football was invented in England, period. You can call it whatever you want, but I will call my Football, Football.
Saying soccer makes me twitch and feel like an udder twat. I know why Americans don't call it 'football', because they are too dumb to know how to play it properly. They are wankers on the field, without Armour they are nothing...****s!

You're my friend Enrique, but you're totally wrong. It isn't my fault you love asso so much instead of REAL football.
My favorite is actually asso, but having played asso and real football I can assure you than the physical and mental toughness required by true american football is just on another level entirely. |

| Idk I always thought futbol was a lot more demanding when I played. I lost so much weight from the running in futbol. My football coach was so mad lol. Seriously though our team sucked so bad we won one game lol. All we would do is see who could get the first red card in the game. Then we would pick a fight with the other team  |

Have you heard of Rugby?
Please, that's all american spirit and nonsense whatsoever! Is NFL American Football a demanding sport? Yes, it is. Is it the only one though? No, of course not.
To play proper Football you must understand the rules, play it with class, be aggressive and have great communication skills with your teammates.
My great grandfather was from Liverpool, I am proud of my heritage! :stongue: |

| I wouldn't consider running to be physical at all (yea cardio if you want to go there), but when I say physical I mean getting blind sided by 260 lb end who runs a 4.7s 40yd and still getting the pass off for a first down... with broken rib. |

Who said there was no contact in football? I agree to some extent, NFL is quite a demanding sport (perhaps even irrational), but so is Rugby...
Rugby players wear no Armour :p
Besides, all those buff NFL players are large because of the amount of special protein shakes, vitamins, and god knows what else they put on their system.
