Woah I've been fighting a long as I remember and still wouldn't step into a cage. That's pretty tough!
My friend Roland always tries to get me into signing up for fights but I'm a wuss. I like hitting people when they're not looking and kicking them when they're down. Fighting fair is for the birds. |

Whatever, sure it does. I'm pushing my own body weight...and squat jumps are hard, ok?!
Besides, my legs are already strong...my goal isn't to gain more strength, rather to get more toned. So there! |

It actually feels really good. The more I train, the more I get like a high from it. But I'm not ignorant - I won't step in until I'm absolutely prepared. But when I do, I want to break someone's face!
The only thing I'm having trouble with is kicking with my left leg. I can do a lower body kick, but my leg twists funny when I'm doing middle and head shots... I'm way stronger with my right leg, but I don't want to limit myself on moves, you know? |

If they're strong then how much can you squat? |

Anyone try one-legged squats before?
Pretty tough. |

| I do a bunch of leg exercises. I also do the leg press and hamstring curl, and thigh ab/adductors. I don't need to squat the bar. |

Definitely practice that left. Also get on top of your ground game because most of the time the fight will end up on the ground.
I would probably fight, but at my height I'd have to cut down to 155 to keep from getting killed. Right now I would be a light heavyweight and those guys are ing monsters. |

Who cares about believing you? I'm just ing with you since you can only do 8 pushups and squats with no weight. |
