Feel like going for a run. Trying to decide if, when I get back, I want to do a full body work out or split between today and tomorrow.
I'm lazy, so I feel more motivated to split...but then I always feel like I should have/could have done more. |

| Hm well that wasn't so bad. Haven't been for a run in about a month, however I've been blasting pretty hard, which definitely helped with my endurance. And I decided on a full body workout, just cut a few things out that I can do tomorrow instead. Feel good! :D |

| How far/long do you run? |

I guess it's about 2.5 - 3km. I only guess that because it takes me about 30-40 minutes to walk to the park, run the whole path through the park, and then a mix of walk+ run home, total. I tried to find info on the internet about the length of the path I run, but there's nothing.
edit: er, sorry. 20-30 minutes, not 30-40. |

Try running in 95 degree weather with the humidity at 85% Then we'll talk.
Any of you tried p90x? I think I know why they call it "the beginning of the end." :nervous: |

I know it's suppose to be for 3 months but I'm going to do it for longer. I don't see it as a quick fix rather as a great tool to get me where I want to be. My friend who was pretty huge (size 18 in pants) has gone down to a 10 and continues dropping pants sizes using that program. It's pretty hardcore since it's suppose to be for 3 months but she says she just does as much as she can and is still seeing results. Plus, if someone that size can do it I'm pretty sure that means I can too lol |
