honestly i like to keep my ab workouts spread out - so i'll do 2-3 per day then switch to the next 2-3 the next day and i usually stack my ab workouts
so i'll do my 15 balance ball reps, stand up and do a 20x body bar twist, back to my 15 balance ball, then 20x body bar twist so that i get up to 4 sets of each. that's my 2, then i finish it off with machine flat crunches or seated weight crunches
next day i'll flip it
on to the mat - cycle flat crunch then leg lifts, stack them back to back so 15 cycle into 12 leg lift = 1 set do that across 4 sets. then i'll rest and do my 3 ab work out - medicine ball twist |

word. cardio is a bitch lol. i run 4 - 5 miles per session at 6mph before lifting and it drains the freaking life out of me lol. i used to do it every day but i realized my ability to run increased when i gave my legs a rest for a day or so. you do get used to it after a while though i suppose. usually after the first 15 minutes it stops hurting and i'm good to go for an hour or so. |

| Yeah I just do crunches and lower leg raises. Abs seem to be my really easy to work area...I barely have to do jack to them and they get super toned. I really just like the overall tightening and strengthening of the core muscles that those exercises give me! My lower back and erector spinae are hard as a rock! |

I have really really strong legs, maybe from dance and soccer, so I don't really need to work on them, but I would like them to be..what's the word I'm looking for? Not toner because they are, but maybe defined? I like my thick legs(well, thigh area) but if they were a little less thick that would be awesome. Every thing I do to them just makes them bigger, totally not what I want. So what can I do to keep the nice shape of my legs yet thin define them a bit better?
I'm not reading through this in' thread for my answer. |

| Fast 15 minute runs, or really light weight high rep work outs. Even streching daily keeps your legs tone. |

lol not all of us were grown into such definition...like me, i'm still withering away the beer gut but its ok its part of me that i kinda enjoy...but can do without!
although i am noticing a slight pinch in the sides when i work out..it's not flat or round, it kind angles in from my lats which is why i think my abs are starting to define themselves. i wish my torso wasn't so flabby cuz my back, shoulders, arms, and legs are pretty toned..gotta work with what i got i guess
as for frenchie
i've been noticing the running for me has toned my thighs down but i still got the mass in my hammys and quads...and biking a bunch helps the inner thighs (or you can use those thigh machines inner/outer).
i dont want to jump into the dead lifts and squats until i near the winter for boarding season so i've been doing alot of light leg work and just stick to massive running.. minimum 3x per week upwards to 5 + biking nights! |

Um no, why would I wanna do that?? I like my body, its weight and all. My legs are my focal point to work on and maybe my stomach but that's it. I really don't have to work out if I don't want to but it keeps me busy. |

Actually, I *should* mention that I used to ski and do water sports...so I'm sure I still have some residual strength from that, even though it was years ago. |
