I don't see what this has to do with my degree. You're the one making extreme examples to try and prove a point that doesn't even matter in the real world. Everything I have said is true, and is what people in the real world accept as the safe, sustainable way to lose and maintain weight.

You don't just look at one factor, which IS exactly what you've been doing this whole time.

And what have i said so far that's incorrect? Did i not say what you said was correct in addition to?

So you're arguing I'm wrong due to your presumptions which i never stated.

Read back to what I wrote and instead of expressing your hatred to me in verbose, actually look at what you are arguing against me and compare it to what i have ACTUALLY said.

I am arguing that my "factor" is not the sole factor, but a valid factor.. there is a big difference here.

Irrelevant. Learn to argue. You're not making the claim "It's a healthier way of creating a calorific deficit", you're making the claim it's easier. Which is wrong. Of course, you're also denying that you're making this argument despite repeating it over and over, because you're a backtracking, self-contradictory wit.

I mean, I don't know what end game you think you're going to reach here.
