the reality is that even after the workout...you look like 10% of the man of most US soldiers that i saw deployed in SK. (South Korea)

I still got 2 more months to go.
I'm a fat aviation technician! I was a twig out of bootcamp. I'm hoping to get back to that and then some! I wasnt really strong back then either, I could only do 10 pull ups...

i was just being a cock. (although the korea thing stands...most of those dudes were ripped, but it was my understanding that korea was the final deployment before Iraq...so yeah it make sense.)
Ive gotten pudgy again.
i worked hard to get back to 215lbs.... (6'4)...but even though i work out 4 times a week my abs suck because of beer.:(...about 225 right now. I'm not a fatty, but if i keep being a lazy who likes to drink i am looking at a heart attack in 4 years tops:p |

I'm 5'8 and I'm 213! I was 231 last month. Heart disease and diabetes runs in the family so I put down the pizza and beer (and a social life) and picked up grilled chicken and water.

week 3 of no gymn, no soccer, no running eating like .
waiting for week 4 then ill get back to my usual routine of activness. sometimes a brak is good. I don't look to bad for a dude that hasnt been doing for weeks.
