that or preach, svd, marco v,etc...bas you really need music |
I used to work out to Sash & Dig's Delta Heavy set from Miami a few years back. Dark progressive house...you will be missed :(
The music at the gym isn't so bad, that Avril Lavigne song about the boyfriend is pretty catchy. |

| The gym I used to go to played house every Sunday. It was so awesome, I'd be working out to Robin S, Black Box, Chemical Brothers, Orbital...it was better than my iPod at times :stongue: |

If I had to listen to that crap going to the gym would pain me...I never leave my apartment without my iPod unless I'm going to a club |

damn. that's good. my gym usually plays hip hop, some rock(most of the time emo crap like Simple Plan-esque type of stuff), and some dance(very minuscule). it all depends on the attendant manning the front table. i see this one guy regularly when i come in, and he usually plays the emo stuff consistently. |

The Y plays top 40 I think, and the all women one plays some radio station, I don't remember. I always have my own music , or if Markus is at the Y we chill. |

The last time I went to the gym (I work out at home) they were playing happy hardcore music...plus they only had about 5 songs of it so it was on a loop....:eyespop: :eyespop: |
