I just got back from the gym so im kind of wired, ive been not working out for 1.5 months now, ive lost 20 lbs and just gotten very skinny in general. I signed up saturday again for my gym now that I know im staying in cali and ive gone twice.

MY depression is already going away, im feeling better / less angry, and im eating healthier. God I love working out

that's really tough...girls with big butts typically just store their fat there. If they took off those pants that are 7 sizes too small it would look like 20 pounds of chewed bubblegum. So you need to gain weight in your bum but lose weight in your chest?

Smith Machine Squats are excellent for the arse.

As far as your chest - just cutting calories, increasing cardio and fat burning exercises like incline treadmill and weight training will reduce the fat in that area. Look at any female body builder in the world that has natural breasts. All that takes is cutting fat.

not much you can do about the boobs just lose weight but from my own experience your proportions will stay the same (smaller band but same cup size). as for you butt you could try wall sits, lunges etc...work out your glutes like nobody's business.

you just have to make sure on squats youre using weight and a full motion. Half ass it and thats what youll get!
