i'm sickly although so far a head cold but i'm so damn dehydrated i can't fathom working out. sometimes i really hate new york city its so full of ing germs and its not like i can avoid people because we are in such tight spaces. meh!

ran for 15 mins (1.75 miles)
pullups, dips, leg lifts.
was a nice day outside - was going to run outside; but i've become a little accustomed to the treadmill. plus i don't like things in my pockets when i run and i hate carrying things - so running around the track w/ my Sansa would have been annoying. |

i'm playing tennis tomorrow. i've been walking at a fair pace for 90 minutes or so everyday, sometimes i jog. just making sure my knees are in proper shape.
the last time i played tennis my knees were killing me |

| if you're doing HIIT to the point of throwing up, then you've done it completely wrong. the idea is to build up your tolerance to the intensity so that you can consistently get a great cardio work out. not push yourself past your physical limits which is more likely to damage your body and leave you taking days/weeks off which is the opposite of what you're supposed to do :X |
