Anything like that ever happen to any of you hardcore gym rats? |
i'll tell you now i'm not hardcore BUT the only times i can remember being in that kind of pain is after working out muscles i haven't worked out in a long time; happened to me a couple times in high school because i only exercised during the volleyball and tennis seasons and did NOTHING in between. |

I used to train with my friend here who came 3rd in the INBA natural mr. australia... First time I did legs with him, I couldn't even take a . lol
Anyway. Guys, I'm trying real hard to get down to 8%, but my night time cravings are driving me insane! As soon as I sit down and relax, I get hungry as a mofo. When I'm busy, I'm fine. I'm eating 500 cals below my estimated maintenance ((bodyweight in lb X 15) - 500)), so its not like i'm not eating enough. :(
Any ideas? |

*Seated rows..or any rows are not lower back or leg or bicep workouts.

a full motion row will be just as effective as a locked back. I do full rows with 225 and locked back at 180. i havent felt any difference except more muscles seem to get hit.
Just increase the weight so your inertia isnt doing the work.
they did it in pumping iron too so :p :D |

I tell people to just wake up earlier at like 5 am drink coffee and spend a nice morning going on a walk and then go to bed before the cravings hit. Adjust the time youre awake and you wont have to worry.
Other than that, just get a huge thing of tea and make a bunch of cups. I also stean spinach and put some soysauce on it. no cals, fills you up |

Anyway, I don't even do those now. I do 't-bar' rows instead. Once you start putting five or more plates on the end of the bar and start doing t-bars, you'll feel it in your lower back and legs whether you want to or not...... |

Well this is my second week on my new routine that has me writing everything down for my diet as well.
Ive gone up 9 lbs or so up to 145 pounds. The excercises include full range of motion for everything, as well targetting 6 to 8 reps.
I went for a body fat composition test as well and mesured in at 7.7 %.
My diet is consisting of about 3500 calories a day, slowly my appetite is increasing. i hope to get to about 155 160 by the end of the summer if this keeps up. Or 150 with a 6 % body fat percentage. |

| I just started taking NO2 Black. It doesn't deliver the ferocious insanity that comes with NO-Xplod but, my GOD, my pumps are kind of retarded. I've been traveling lately so my workouts and my dosing hasn't beeen consistent, so we'll see what this next week brings. And by retarded I mean I look like if Orbax and Masonious morphed together and then started expanding like La Magra from 'Blade'. |

I dont think i wouldv ever take N02, either way though hope it works out for you. I know people that have used it, and nothing on the other hand people take it and see huge gains.. did chest yesterday im extremely sore but my last set of bench was 4 reps of 230 and got it with ease, gonna have to pump up the weights for next week.

| Just bought a mountain bike!! Am super-excited that I have a new form of working out. I'm going to convert it to single-speed to shed a little weight from the frame and to up the intensity of rides. Really looking forward to getting more involved with this during the summer.:disbelief |
