Peanut butter counts as a serving of fat, just so ya know! A tablespoon is a serving. |

it's definitely not my weakness i can take it or leave it, but jenny isn't it a good source of protein as well if u get the fat free kind? it's usually available at smoothie places too so i always just assumed it CAN be good for u.
and by the way, i'd say i do a little over a tablespoon on my toast...i don't put too much on. just a little for flavor.
*edit* also, what about hard salami? i really like to roll some up with swiss cheese and snack on that. it's kinda greasy though but u think that's good for snacking or should i switch to sliced deli turkey instead? |

| Peanut butter has mostly monounsaturated fat in it anyway, so you don't really need to get the fat-free kind. The regular type is good for you as it is. |

lol i was going to comment on the salami jamie, but uhh nvm haha
as for the peanut butter scoop - i do it also, i have it at work and i'm usually grabbing a tspoon around 3-4ish. That's probably one of my favorite pre-workout snacks, come around 530-6 I'll be ready to burn some of that off. |

No it's definitely good for you, just saying that it counts as a serving of fat (the good fat that your body needs) as well. So just watch how much of it you're eating. :) |

| i dont like peanut butter enough to just eat a scoop of it :wtf: i know a lot of ppl who do though including my mom. i just like spreading a little bit on some wheat toast for flavor and to hold me over. it's quick and easy. |

| How do u guys separate your workouts? Like one night u do legs, the next night back, then shoulders & triceps? Is back the type of workout that should be done by itself like legs? |
