i'd probably start off with 1 mile 3x week, drop the legs 2x a week and only give them one day. abs every day to finish off your work out and he's missing shoulders.
back/bi, chest/tri, shoulders, legs
abs every day
cardio 3x week for a mile (post work out)

so lately i've been on a cutting phase. i'm keeping my cardio steady at 2miles, slowly upping my pace to 7-7.5ish. i'm on my 2nd week of cutting so i'll finish this week off.
i'm going to finish my tattoo middle of the week so it'll probably put me out of the gym until next week. going to finish up my back and shoulders today, try to stack on a mile run and keep things in shape. my weight has remained relatively constant through the weeks, 158-161, probably one of the longest standing plateau's that i've had but i think i'm comfortable at this weight. Maybe this cutting phase might bring me down to 155ish plateau but we'll have to see how that goes.
protein shakes are OFF, they'll go on during the heavy 2 weeks following next week. i'll save next week (post tattoo) for strictly cardio, then jump back on the weights for some heavy mass lifting. |

No because I didn't stay on the diet. I'm considering doing it again though, but green tea tastes sooo nasty. It's worth it though :) |

imo diets don't work. you have to change the way you eat completely and unless you are willing to carry on with whatever "diet" you are doing you might as well eat what you want now because to yo yo diet isn't good for your body. no offense just my opinion. |

i seriously am enjoying isolated muscle group focused exercises. it really allows me to practice my form, not rush from exercise to exercise and lets me finish each exercise with a different set variation.
i used to be all about chest/tri, back/bi - so much so that i'll stack 2 exercises into 1 set, so like i'll do a bench set, then sit up and do some overhead tricep extensions, back to bench. it seemed like i was rushing out of the gym. yea it makes you go into the gym 5x per week, but you tend to be a bit more controlled, a bit more focused on which muscle group you are actually hitting...and you get to stack on cardio which I am huge on post work out. it really helps loosen up your muscles are you lift. also big on finishing with abs every day |

nothing's going on for my bday and i don't find reason to continue...so stopping is a must...you have until this week and after last night, i can honestly say it's dwindling so if you want you better get on it...none of this can you hold this for me .. first come first serve..
it's gonna stop...it's gotta!
however, i do take pride in eating, it's probably one of my beloved joys of life. i eat well and find it highly attractive when one can eat well too! ;) |
