I'm getting so strong! Must have did around 100 pull ups yesterday without any assistance. I missed it. I have no idea how people work out at night. I am so energetic afterwards that it's entirely possible I might kick someone in the face. Ted Promo I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for almost three years now and running 5 miles usually twice a week for about 4 years now. I found a new park I'm going to start running at the other day that has 6 mile trails through the wilderness. Stooooked. Most people probably wouldn't :wtf: I never used to, and then once I graduated high school (after doing nothing physical at all during it) I decided to start running since I felt my heart and body overall was weak. After doing that for a while I joined a gym and really can't imagine not working out. I even guilt trip myself when I take a week off. Dunno, I just got into it I suppose.
