Weeeeeeeeeeee! I'm not nearly as out of shape as I thought I was. Just ran about 3 k then came home and did my lower body workout which consisted of:
3 x 12 weighted sumo squats
3 x 12 weighted bench step-ups superset with 3 x 12 v sit ups
3 x 12 stability ball hamstring rolls superset with planks (I've never done them before so I was only holding for about 30-45 seconds, lol)
Feels good! I hate being too busy to work out. |

| If motivation is a disease I have started a PANDEMIC! My youtube video already has over 3,000 hits and i'm getting messages left and right asking for advice and how my video has motivated them. I got contacted to become a Beachbody coach to help and motivate others going through the program. This is so exciting :D |

Not eating enough with a good workout program simply puts the body into "starvation" mode, so it tends to hold onto fat because of it. Getting dizzy is not good at all...try to add the extra calories from protein if u are eating a decent amount of carbs. If u are doing a low carb diet, then add some healthy fats, and u won't get fatigued/dizzy anymore. |
Yeah that's pretty much what I've been doing - except for running there's not much use for protein, so I just eat more pasta and such. The problem is that I'm constantly losing weight, so what's enough calories to stop me from boinking one week might not work the next week, as my metabolic rate just keeps shifting and not in a completely linear fashion. |

You almost made me wish I'd taken some fat pics of myself so I could've made my own montage with cheesy 80's music. |

Last night I hit the weights again for the first time in six weeks after working away from home. I've lost a bit of strength, mainly endurance, but it's not been a massive regression. I'm mainly pleased that I found it so easy to get back in the basement and back on the bench - I've got to the point where I'm genuinely enjoying it.
Now the weather's nice I'm going to try and rebuild my workout to include some outdoor running and heavy weight, low rep strength training. The dangerous part is falling out of the groove I've got into. |

If y'unt to, put a chair underneath and just support yourself with a foot to work through the motion. You will build up to lifting yourself unsupported really quickly. |
