lol I'm not ing all the work out girls, i haven't touched any yet
then again they do say working out makes you horny...go figure!
ps-i'm still working on coming to visit you but august is getting packed, i might have to push back to september, the sun is still good then right? and yes i like to lay on the beach and tan, it's the epitome of R&R for me ... that and eat some good food [coughkobesteakcough] |

| I've been working out intensively in last 2-3 months and I've gained extra 4 pounds after stagnating for 8 months, which is big deal because I'm a hardgainer. I'm more satisfied with my looks than ever and I intend to keep it that way at least for a while. I look forward to going to gym even after an 8 hour shift in warehouse. I starter drinking whey proteins 2-3 weeks ago for the first time after 3.5 years and it really helps me keep up the pace with the day. |
