haha i HAD to do it. and did not receive any compensation. lol. just comes w/ the job. but it was fun (for the most part). |

| I lifted for the first time today in years. It feels amazing. The trainer is even going to hook me up with free training since i'm going into the army and he wants to be a marine! |

Welcome to the dark side. That cardio is boring as hell, and not needed as long as your diet is sound. :toocool:

Besides I want to be a warrior. If you can't run you can't fight.
IMO if your cardio isn't as good as your strength or better you are wasting your time. |

Well that IS your opinion.
Some do it because they think it looks good, it doesn't, but others I imagine do it as a challenge. |
