Most people can't do very many or none at all. So you'll probably want to get some resistance bands and use those to start off with, they demonstrate how to do everything with either free weights or bands.
I went out and bought a pull up bar, yoga mat, and some free weights.

I have every piece of equipment needed, except the pull up bar (my ceilings and doors are UBER high, so I dont even know how I would even use it!!) Have the bands, weights, etc etc.....

Cool beans. All the files together are just over 300MB LOL im trying to find a site to upload them.
I have lost another 3 lbs totaling 10 lbs in just 6 days! P90X with a good diet gets you ma in results baby wooo! This is like equivalent to a flesh eating disease ha!

Started doing sit-ups again this morning. While my general strength is probably at an all-time high, my core is much weaker than it used to be. At one point I could bang out 200+ sit-ups, and I'd like to get to that level again. Started by greasing the groove to try and get strength back quickly.

i just completed 3 weeks of the Spartacus Workout from men's health. really, it's only 9 sessions (3x a week, for 3 weeks). i'm going to start increasing the weight here shortly; but i'm already liking my results.
i'm definitely getting more shaping in my arms and chest and upper back. and my quads, holy they are getting bigger. i should have taped 'em before i started; but didn't think that this workout was going to work them so much. oh well. in any case, i feel GREAT.
fitness is my number one goal this year.
