Nah....life has been a rollercoaster...the end of 2006 was a whopper...oh boy....but never the less it was a learning experience!
Been training really hard since theres nothing better to do in -45c lockdown, made great gains in all areas!
2007 is off to a great start....not competing till the North American Championships in Miami November 2-5th.....taking my time putting on all the valuable muscle and cuts I can. I'm gonna do MAJOR damage down there....you will be able to hold your breath on this one! ;) :whip:

Now im doing 5 days a week
30 mins of running...about mile every 10 mins, then i do about 30-50 mins of various abs excercises and then chest, or back, or legs, or triceps/biceps..etc |

whats your goal? Youre looking a bit "soft". are you trying to lose weight or gain mass? if you started leaning you could get to about 195 lbs and look wildly ripped |

My goal is to lose weight and look cut.

You probably need a bit more time before you can look cut if you just started. I think you need to incorporate more weight training into your routine. Doing cardio to burn fat is great and all but if you have no muscle to show off when the fat is gone what's the point? I don't know about your dietary habits but there's some good information in this thread on what/what not to eat for cutting down or bulking up. Also you might want to establish a clear routine for yourself for example I do a three day split. I do chest/shoulders/tris on monday, legs/traps/abs on wednesdays, back/biceps on friday and cardio every day i go to the gym. Im not trying to cut down so my schedule is probably not the best for you, but just so you get an idea. Also you might one to plan what exercises your going to do. It's important to try alot out at the beginning and then stick to the ones that work for you. Remember everyones body is different so you have to try different things to find out what works best for you. |

you have a high fat%
so do i right now. it makes you look rubbery and your arms for example just look large. You cant see a single muscle line much less strands in each muscle.
Soft is aka fat.
like I said im wicked fat right now too because im trying to put on a lot of mass
in a month im going to start leaning down. |
