I would play multiple times a week if I could, but I need a constant hitting partner. Since I've grown up and no longer live with my siblings or 5min away from friends who play I don't play often. Generally, I take lessons for a couple months a year but right now I don't have the time for a structured class :(.
Also, hiking isn't an option. I do my very best to avoid hiking, camping, rafting and climbing. I workout 5 times a week so I think I'm good with what I'm doing now...well until I get bored that is ;)

It's good for you and works series of muscles, oh, add mountain biking to the list, and you're outdoors, fresh air in your lungs.

I'm not an outdoorsy person at ALL. Grew up in Oregon where all the treehuggers embrace the outdoors and I've done some of that stuff, but those activities put me in a bad mood.
