| for me it's almost always that I've plateaued and / or am not resting long enough between sets. When I rest 5 - 7 days between sets I'm normally fairly sore in the morning. If i don't rest long enough my workouts are not as strong as they were the last time I worked out and, consequently, I'm not sore. |

ya diet goes a long way with out the proper amino acids and proteins how else are your muscles to grow?

well i meant i work chest and back once day per week. When I work chest and back 2 or 3 times a week I'm not sore and my workouts go to .  |

| True you cant really go by what people say, I listen to my body and know what it needs and when it needs it. My legs stay sore all week though as im doing cardio 4 days a week this weekend will be a nice rest for my body, and the beer will help the soreness :gsmile: |

Life Lessons with chach #3
Dont go to the gym mad at the world.
So today was arms and I was only my last workout, and the this stupid jewbag trainer kept getting in my way. Finally I was like dude what the hell? He straight up looks at me and says off... Some words were exchanged and I end up grabbing his little yarmulke and throwing it on the ground, he takes a swing at me, lliterally swung his arm at me (hes lucky I didnt grab his arm and hyperextend his elbow). Anyways the guys around us grab us and set us apart, the gym owner who Im straight with comes and talks to me and tells me I cant do like that anymore. I apologize to him and leave. Only regret is I didnt get to do my cardio, meh this beer will help me out. I love you natty ice. :)
Other then that great work out! I got a great pump on my bi's and tri's. |
