yea i'll see what it's all about when she gives it to me.
i planned on just doing either the exercise bike and elliptical machine, followed by abs. i'm not going to focus so much on my upper body as my shoulders, arms and back are already toned looking for some reason, but i will definitely be doing some serious leg routines w/ the machines. |

I know the routine is good cause I know my sis knows what she's doing. Her whole life is the ing gym/fitness/working out, lol. |

Yeah the ******s were tough for me, but as luck would have it, they get easier every day. I'm gonna take a break for a couple of days to recuperate and allow my muscles to heal a little.
I've also started doing some work on my exercise bike as well, but i plan on getting back into the gym in early July once i build up some sort of base fitness level to work from. |

3 sets of:
30 jumping jacks
10 ******s
Followed by 3 sets of:
15 push-ups
10 lower leg raises
20 sit-ups or crunches (I do full sit ups)
Followed by 3 sets of:
12 standing forward lunges (per leg)
Followed by 3 sets of:
20 sumo squats
I do it 3-4 times a week. Trying to eventually incorporate some more cardio on the off days by jogging, but I have to get some new shoes first!
edit: I've also tweaked the reps on some of those a bit to fit what I can handle. My sister put down for me to be doing 15-20 ******s, for example....but I can still only handle doing 10. And of course, I can add weights to this if I want. But so far it's doing the job. |

Eff that, I'm no pro! I'm surprised I even starting doing this , because I'm so ing lazy, lol.
It really is addictive though, I get pumped on my workout days! Like, YEAH, IN' SWEATIN'! YEAHHH!! FEELIN' THE BURN!! YEEAHHHHH!!!
I love doing it to new music too...cause then I'm not even focused on the workout (well I do focus on my form), but not on the reps...just the tunes! Then next thing I know it's all over! |

exactly! without good workout music i'm spacey plus it helps block out the other people at the gym.

Totally! It's ideal if I can get it done in 30-40 minutes...but some days it takes me up to an hour, lol. I love getting my ass kicked by it! Such a great feeling of accomplishment...esp. cause it's good for me! :D :D |
