yeah its called eat a sandwhich lol. Alot of the musculation has to do wtih the good top lighting in the room. believe me that at 144 when im walking around outside with regular lighting i don't look bulky or built at all. Definatley want to get up to around 160 or 170 for my height which is 5"11.
gotta get rigorous on that diet

as im trying to gain weight again my diet consists of minimum 3000 calories (i try to get at least that. but i usually have been failing these days at around 2500). Alot of carbs, no enriched or white bread. keep it brown. Low cholesterol proteins, fish, turkey chicken mainly more then beef. I would say its about a 30 40 30 fat to carb to protein ratio. no supplements right now except protein after workout. |
