It's my school's gym. I go there specifically so I can pay less. ;) |

| Heh yeah. It's a 10 minute bus ride, or a 30 minute walk for me. And the facility is brand new. I'd be a fool not to go. |

of course. Its all about diet. Bulking clean will do the job, u just have to figure what your maintenance caloric intake is and go a little above that. |

lol, good for u mate. I'd rather not be the fat guy with muscles u can't see. Makes u look fatter. The whole powerlifting thing went out of style in 1978. Retro is cool, but the whole Andre the Giant look is not. |

80th and broadway
swim at 50th and broadway (sat/sun mornings)
jamie - snack then work out, you'll process your food 30-45mins post work out much more efficiently then say eating then working out. metabolism should be turning high post work out - also what's up? how you been? |

k so i'll just make a quick tuna sandwich or something and then go work out and then come home and make my dinner (mostly protein).
oh yea and i'm good:) |

tuna is ing awesome
i love fish
the stinkier the better
I fried trout on the weekend for dinner and didn't want my bf to come over after because my hair smelled like fish and I couldn't wash it because I had just had highlights put in :wtf:
Anyway
if I work out in the evening and I'm mad hungry after, I will down one of those nice little cans that come in wicked flavours like tomato & basil or spicy thai chili
edit: for Miss Slywoman ^^^^ those are also good to have pre-workout imo.... works for me -- no bread though (goes without saying, i suppose) |
