i was able to squeeze in an hour late last night around 8pm which was nice since I just had gotten back from the beach monday afternoon. i was dying to lift since the wknd was full of beer and food.
i missed this morning since i had an unexpected visitor last night stay over, no way i was doing my 5am run and after work is out too since I'll be at the yankees game. Hopefully tomorrow morning I can squeeze a 3mile out and a light arms day. |

| yesterday was pwnage at the gym. Since it was Labour Day I had almost entirely free reign. There was no waiting for any machine whatsoever, so I got a good 2 hours in on my chest and back. I even fought crime while incline benching. |

I decided to finally get a gym membership, and just started this month.
Last time I went to the gym, I wore bicycle shorts... so you get my drift how long ago that was.
What shorts do people wear now? What's in style? |

Thanks folks... When I went there to check the place out and the walk-around... I didn't see what the guys were wearing as my eyes were magically drawn and fixated to the tight lululemon outfits the girls were wearing.
The gym has a policy of no tank-tops, though cut-offs are OK. They don't want any intimidating beefcakes there. No one under 18 is policy too, so it's kewl with me. |

| do you mean tight tank tops or all shirts that display the arms in their entirety. If so that makes no type of sense, personally I can't think of a time where I didn't a) wear a tank top or b)rolled up my sleeves and I only do that because I feel restricted by sleeves. |

Also don't stare at girls at the gym blatantly it's rude...many of us wear spandex or short shorts for comfort not to be oogled. |

He said wife-beaters or tanks... cutoffs are fine, but nothing to make one look like the car wash crew in a club.
I know It's not right to leer or gawk at women. I know how that feels, since I frequent nudist beaches, and I h8 that. However, I recommend women not wear thong underwear beneath their yoga outfits if they don't weant to be checked out. This one I saw looked she wasn't wearing anything underneath, and purposely wanted to show off her ass-crease. |
