| I weighed myself today for the first time since setting my fitness/nutrition plan into action, and I've lost 12 pounds!! I'm now a lean 118. My body feels so much different...and I knew it would, but it's just weird to me, lol. A lot of my jeans don't fit right anymore though. :/ |

Second week of February. :)
edit: no wait, first week...cause this is my 6th week.
I know a lot of my progress can be chalked up to changing my diet, but I really started to notice results when I switched up my routine....which I'm now getting bored of. Time to change it again, methinks. |

Well I also think it was so easy because a lot of that weight (all of it really) was never meant to be on my body in the first place. I didn't always weigh that much/have that much fat on me....just fell into some lazy habits. :)
I've always been between 115-120 lbs. 125 at the most. When I bent over in the shower to shave my legs and felt fat pinching fat, I knew I had to do something, lol. |

yeah but give yourself credit because once you have fat it fights to stay on. i got really into fitness and losing weight when i realized my thighs were fighting each other for space. not cool. i was never a big kid or teenager but piled on the weight in college. i got to be a 168lbs at one point without even realizing it...i hold weight relatively well but at 5'6" that was too heavy. |

I know I'd enjoy some classes, but I can't ing stand the whores that go to them.
