Ok, I'm ing sore. Lol. That workout kicks my ass! And wow did I ever cut down my time in the gym, wewt!
P.S. Running the track > running on a treadmill. |

160 is not bulk...why don't you aim a little higher? |

because i dont want to be bulky. I do alot of rockclimbing. I want to keep me strength to bodyweight ratio very high. |

how are you that sore day of? either way told you you could do it :toothless .
just got back from the gym, my legs are tight as from my lower body workout yesterday but it feels damn good. gotta stretch again before i sleep tonight for sure and again tomorrow morning. |

i know that for many of you in here this post might not be relevant, but I think this set is worthy of appraisal and deserves several plays while jogging or doing warm up sets at the gym.

Cause my routine is completely different. Using more/different muscles than I was using before. But yes, I did do it! Was so ing awesome...like I really enjoyed myself and most of the time I'm just convincing myself that I am.
Really looking forward to my sister coming home to help me out some more. Yay for personal trainers in the family, lol. |

oh i never feel it until the next day either way convincing yourself its fun is key to finishing out a workout. that's why i can't run there is no way in hell i can convince myself i like it even remotely.
not going to the gym today, home sick :sadgreen: |
