| I've just started working out last monday and I'm already starting to see some results (on the machines). Just wish me luck in keeping the motivation going longer than 2-3 weeks though, that's the toughest part. |

according to the bmi calculator i'm 'overweight' by point and a half. i wonder how accurate it is...
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
im 26.5 :D |

The scale at my gym says I weigh 126, and the scale at my work says I weigh 120. I weighed myself on each scale not even a day apart.
At any rate...going by my work scale, I've lost 10 pounds...cause on that one I was 130 just after Christmas. The scale at the gym must be set to high to keep people coming back or something, cause there's no ing way I weighed 136 pounds, lol. |

your weight can fluctuate by a couple pounds depending on when you weight yourself. also sometimes the scales at the gym are broken because the crazies get mad that they weight more than they think they should... |
