| Back day today. Just finished up, and I switched up the routine today from heavier, low rep sets to lighter, high rep sets. Feel really worn out, and decently tight. 70lbs dumb bell deadlifts feel sooo much heavier than 175lb straight bar deadlifts. |

| Down to 185 today. I need to figure out a way to eat more. |

what is your weight goal? Eat more carb dense foods, if your having trouble with making your daily cals. My secret to curbing appetite is peanut butter, hehe. I'm usually always hungry, and wish I had that problem of being satisfied. |

| It was 186, but I'm not going to stop running or lifting so I don't know, but losing 13 pounds in 11 days is too much. |

Yea but this has to with strictly consuming MDMA, not alcohol... I don't smoke weed or cigarettes either...
The feeling of staying home, watching movies, eating unhealthy food, etc...
Some of you can call it laziness but I have absolutely no problem with this during my usual routine(when not consuming the drug), I eat clean, always pumped to go work out, stay in top shape, even though I still go out drinking on weekends and stuff.
I mean willpower is the solution to everything, inevitably you can make yourself go to the gym and eat healthy. I just wanted to know if it is me getting lazy or does MDMA really have this negative side to it. |
of course mdma s you up, it decreases your serotonin levels for a certain period of time; the serotonin is responsible for maintaining a normal level of mood/sex drive/etc...
no one went to chemistry/biology class in high school? |

How old are u? Most people can't do that. This game revolves around ones diet. Working out just helps u get to your goals a bit faster, but diet is everything. |
Im 36 and I have a firm 6 pack stomach and probably drink a 6 pack a night too. Diet is important but it seems people who try to just diet really end up failing in the long run compared to ones who exercise regularly. Everyone s up on their diet so its definitely best to have exrcise there to back that up. Running does it best for me but the bike is more fun. |

Bust open a can of Albacore tuna. That for sure will hold you over. |

I dunno about you guys, but as long as you don't eat sugar(candy, cake, drinks with sugar in them like juice or pop), I can eat a ing cow a day and I won't put on fat I will just bulk up like I want to. For example I am trying to put on weight right now, you know reach my goal, for example benching 225 pounds 8 reps, which is my short term goal. I bench that about 5 reps right now.
I drink about 3 protein shakes a day, take Glutamine, BCAA's, vitamins and work out 5 times a week. I also consume a ton of carbs like rice, whole wheat bread, etc, and even more protein. A lot of fat ends up in my diet with the meat too(not the good kind of fat).
But as long as I do my 15 minute cardio before my workout, and go to the gym I don't seem to gain fat at all. I probably consume 5000-6000 calories a day, I would even say sometimes it's scary to sum up how much I eat a day.
Saying all this my bodytype is Mesamorph and if I eat like that and don't workout I will explode like a blob. |

Yeah, cause you've trained your body to use other sources for it's fuel. Good fats are excellent for this very purpose.
Whoa just sunk in...5-6000 a day?? Holy ! |

+1 haha DAMN!!
I eat about 1/4 of that. im on a pretty strict diet and gym 5 days a week. Its so much more fun to gain weight than to lose :( Although it seems to be changing :)
35lbs down so far in 6weeks..woot :D |

The day I work out yea, but I also play a lot of soccer, and I am always on my feet, so that might be a reason.
I go down to about 4000 the days that I don't work out. |

| 4000 cal per day when you don't workout and you don't gain weight, how does that make sense? you must have ridiculous metabolism, play a load of soccer, have a labor intensive job/hobby or a combo of those for that to really make sense. on the non-exercising day do you really need to consume so many calories? |
