I would eat 250-300 grams of protein a day and cut out cardio to get bulk. Have dinners of whole wheat pasta with lots of good browned beef in it.
Just eat a lot, dont eat a lot of crap. Make it chickens, and veggies, and whole wheat pastas, and protein shakes and what not. Be doing workouts like the stuff I posted a few posts ago and youll be golden. Although, if youre in the northern hemisphere, its almost summer, so I would lean down and get to 10% body fat and just be ripped so you can run around and have chicks wanna jump your bones.
You have 9 months of the year to bulk, be good looking and lean for summer.

hey guys, looking to start gettin in some sort of shape.
right now i'm 140, 5' 10"
looking to lose some fat layer on stomach, and build a bit of mass and tone in abs, chest and arms. back is secondary but will definetly consider this as i move on.
i lose fat quickly but not sure i gain mass that easily.
have a few dumbbells and an elbow curl bar.
where should i begin? resources to diet and exercises with my current equipment would be great.
