i read about it before, but neverreally looked into it
Im fairly good with carbs, i have no problems staying off of it |

I have a buddy who lives like that because he can't work out due to complications from hemophilia. The only way he can stay relatively lean is to force himself into ketosis. |

| I guess I am a little late in this thread. Currently 6'1 230, around 8% bf. Been bodybuilding for 6 years. Try to stay away from carbs on non-workout days (cycle carbs), workout days I only eat carbs in the am, pre-workout, and postworkout. :D |

That's what I mainly do. My carb source is a bowl of oats, mixed with 2 scoops of whey. My favorite thing to eat, along with gallons of whole egg and egg whites. |

i tried the whole whey in my oatmeal thing...didnt like it lol. prefer to keep them seperated from now on :P |

Same here! Most of my Carbs come from Oats, Sweet Potatos, and veggies, and I keep a jar of Natty Peanut Butter at my desk (people think I am nuts).
I've been buying egg whites at Costco in bulk. 8 cartons for $10.
I eat the same thing day in day out, except one day on the weekend I have my Carb up day.
It's difficult getting your diet down, eat too much carbs to bulk up I get fat, eat too little carbs to Cut and I lose muscle. |
