| i've been to the gym regularly, yet the combination of a regular workout + a volleyball practice session in the same day + a party in the following day seems to have killed me? :conf: |

| I am going to start working out with a trainer for the next 90 days , i am aiming to gain as much as muscle and loose the fat if possible, which i am going to do atleast 5 times a week cardio and 3 times a week with weights. |

instead of 90, i'm using the 40 days and 40 nights to eat better because if i cut out eating some junk and drinking i'll be where i aim to be from a health standpoint. good luck! |

| I've been cutting down on fats since September and managed to drop down to 241 pounds. The BSN true mass strawberry milk shake is absolutely the finest quality & tasting protein shake I've had to this day and really helps to control your hunger and gives you the most important vitamins , minerals and essential amino acids known to science. The shake helped me cut down to only eating small proportioned meals daily and I've been weight lifting on the regular for about 2 years now. My biceps are about 18 1/2 inch with a 33 1/14 inch waist and I'm not even going to brag about my beautiful chest. :toothless |

are you one of those who openly looks at their chest from every angle at the gym when they aren't working out? those people entertain me :D |

Guilty...I also enjoy grunting and letting out weird sounds when curling and bench pressing. :o
I'm just kidding, I don't go to the gym anymore since I purchased the Bowflex extreme last year, great investment and saved me a lot of money and the hassle of driving back and forth. Great deals on the product and you can get a low fixed monthly rate through the financial dept.

I stick to the basics.
Incline bench (for crunches and dumbbell play)
AbCoaster (new gadget that helps work abs - SIMPLY AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Dumbbells (The Bowflex ones - 52.5 lbs)
Perfect Pushup (Rotating Pushup Handles)
Kathy Smith-Kickboxing Workout Video (for cardio during the winter/bad weather)
That's equipment only. I should probably include a bar... but I'm too lazy. :p
Lots of stretches.
Then a bunch of exercises like the plank/side plank,e tc...
Not to mention flexing in front of the mirror (this is actually quite important).
I also drink Spiru-tein (Chocolate - I add water, only). |

| thanks guys, i will post some before and after pics later once i can get my cam running. Also chimera about cutting out the junk my diet is going to be pretty much salad , rice and chickenbreast and of course supplementation. |
