...have you thought about working out say 4 times a week only twice going to an actual gym? the two times you go you should work every major muscle group imo then the times at home do cardio and abs because you really don't need a machine to do either. invest in a jump rope, do ******s or jumping jacks. that'll get your heart rate up. |

| w00t so I'm finally getting my strength back lifted heavy on chest today. And I ing love high intensity cardio all other forms are lame I love seeing people wasting away walking on the treadmill when I'm doing twice as much work in half the time. |

i got hit right above the ass last week. it ing stung so bad. a few shots later i ended up hitting my friend near the nuts. lol.
i've been hit in the eye, mouth, ear, back, hips, ankles. i've even gotten hit by the racket before. lol |

h.i.i.t. is pretty awesome actually and it's the only cardio that makes me really sweat. tried to do it today but couldn't :( still recovering from being sick all last week so stuck to 35min of regular cardio. come wednesday i'll be sweating again \\o//...god i love the gym. |

| i try to get a full on workout in minimum time so no i don't read anymore...unfortunately. i'm all about the stationary bike or elliptical. i abhor running, i'm convinced its bad for my health. |
