| My legs are sore and my chest is still sore from Tuesday...no more breaks because this soreness stuff kinda sucks. Hoping to feel back to normal by Saturday |

I don't do just one muscle group per day, I just alternate between chest/biceps and such. I never lift with my legs, running does far more good than lifting ever will for me.
10-15 minutes on the punching bag (warm-up)
3x8 80 lbs Pull-ups (biceps)
3x10 135 lbs Dips (chest)
3x10 25 lbs one-handed push ups (chest, not enough to alternate)
3x8 40 lbs Overhand Pull-Ups (biceps)
3x10 Handstand Push-Ups (Chest/shoulders, at least I think)[Not weighted cause I can't quite figure out how to do it without demolishing everything when I flip up and back down]
I only work out mon/wed/fri though, but I'm trying to work in more distance running and cardio in between. My workout used to consist of twelve different lifts and last over two hours, but needless to say I didn't really make any improvements because my muscle never had a chance to heal when I was lifting that much. Just trust me, it is actually possible to lift TOO much 0_o. The reason you get stronger is because you tear your muscles ever so slightly and they heal back stronger, and without proper time to heal you'll never see any improvement. |

| chah you would have been proud of me today, I tried that interval running thing you mentioned a while back and I actually loved it. I was just gonna sample it out for like 5min but I got into it and kept going for 24min (1min jog-30sec run). Although I wasn't running crazy fast I liked it and my hatred for running has somewhat lessened...I'm gonna do it again tomorrow but faster. I guess no more reading while doing cardio... |

Or he could do what I do; run in the early morning, swim laps in the early evening. Running will reduce the fat on your legs and swimming laps will give you nice definition, strength in your shoulders and arms.
:D
(lol, I just popped in to see what was up in here, la la la) |
