for muscle building i would suggest no cardio at the same time as weights. wtf mang?
do weights 3 times a week, with cardio on the off days. either that or do it in the mornings (after breakfast of course). if you need to do cardio more than 3 times a week, your diet is . |
cardio will just create a calorie deficit. any extra cardio helps.. You should post your routine that you used to reduce yoru weight! |

| I've been hitting the gym 4-5 days/week for 6 months and I'm getting too bulky  No more protein powder as I'm up to 184lbs @5-10. My arms are busting out of my t-shirts, and that just looks bad anymore. I have to quit eating and do a cut to drop about 10lbs to get leaned up. Never thought I would complain about putting on too much muscle. The bulky look is out, and girls don't like that anyway. If u guys are in need to put on some weight, try the ON (Optimum Nutrition) brand protein powders. I got the best results from that and just eat high protein, and a moderate level of carbs...no more than 90-100g a day to refuel muscle and keep the fat off. Save your money and don't blow it on other supplements. If u need energy, get some caffeine pills and your good. |

damn this workout thread has been going for a while
time to jump in
gonna do a 20 minute bike and then a legs/chest workout
my schedule pretty much goes:
Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Legs/Shoulders
and abs whenever I can, but the schedule changes depending on many things, like if I have a spotter, amount of time i can spend at the gym, how my recovery went from the last workout
so through circumstances I am doing a light chest workout today along with my legs
Also I tried NO2 last winter, I found that the stuff worked pretty good for about 3 weeks then my body got immune to the effects
The main thing I gained from the NO2 was the extra energy (obviously) and once I stopped taking the NO2 I tried my best to keep up the same intensity in my workouts I had while taking the NO2 |

if you have a cold, start taking 2000mg of vitamin c every day, a berocca and garlic tablets. don't take them all at once, spread them out evenly over the day.
do some light exercise to get the blood moving (20 minute walk), but other than that just eat alot and get loads of sleep.
best sickness cure ever. |
