Do 10-12 fully concentrated repetitions or just don't count at all, do as many as you can for 3 sets. For the fourth set approach 2.5 or 5 pounds of 4-6 repetitions :)

Nothing like a woman starving herself or drinking olive oil, lol. If u want to preach holistic medicine that is fine, but good ole fashioned weightlifting whether u have a vagina or a gives proven results. One of the biggest misconceptions in weightlifting is that if a girl uses weights, she will get big/bulky. This is the biggest lie in the BB world. Diet is always 90% of the equation.

So I don't need to use weight on back extensions, huh? I just like doing it cause I feel like I'm doing more.

look at the previous post n00b. Drink Olive Oil dammit! :eyespop:

I'll hold a 25lb weight doing back extensions. Of course I have been doing them a while cause if I don't I have to do 100 reps before I feel anything. I'll stick to using weights to get results. Starting out u won't need weight, but u will soon enough.

Olive oil is healthy but I'm confused on how drinking it is supposed to keep you in shape.

Muscles and cardiovascular system stay strong and healthy by undergoing some sort of work when you move around in some way. There's no way around that...
