| The track was closed today so I had to use the treadmill...and boy what a difference. I ran twice as fast and twice as long...which proves that treadmills are for cunts. Easy for bitches. |

Just thinking that some of the finest workouts I can remember occurred during extremely less-than-ideal conditions.
