| I really need to start working out again. Haven't had the best diet as of late and recent photos have shown that pretty well. Gonna start doing Yoga, sit-ups and an evening jog again, as well as going back to my original diet plan. It's so easy to stop taking care of your body. |

| Yep. Fortunately it's also easy to get in shape again. Just have to stick to a routine. |

| I've decided to spend a month hitting my right tricep with strength-building exercises, because it's much weaker than my left and that's showing on my pecs thanks to the bench press. |

Well I ran till I puked today, and I gotta say: there's nothing enjoyable about it at all. Whoever says otherwise is a ing moron and/or a masochist. |
Congratulations on your first disgusting milestone. Other disgusting running milestones to look forward to include - losing toe nails, spontaneous mid-run diarrhea and black infected blisters that take up half your foot. |

| Lol. Well once when I was running the track I seriously almost myself. You know when you get that particular bowel gurgle, and you have about a minute (if you're lucky) to get to the toilet? Yeah that happened to me. One of the most painful s I've ever taken, lol. I felt in weird after. :wtf: |

Are sit ups worth anything? My body looks quite well, but my stomach kind of ruins it (I weigh 70kg and I'm 1.77m, so I'm not really fat or anything, it just looks out of shape). Or should I just keep running?
I don't want a six pack, by the way. |

Do planks. Your abs will be flatter and look better but won't give you those golf ball six packs.
Planks are also incredibly good for core stability and easing pressure on your back. |

I lost some 25 kg's with just very fast walking :) long 1-2 hour walks with a constant heart rate of ~115/min burns fat effectively (better than running), at least for me. And doing regular sit-ups you just tend to work on your upper abs which will eventually ofc make your upper abs bigger, thus making your lower stomach seem bigger (fatter) and more round (if there is a healthy amount of fat and maybe weak lower abs). I find working my lower abs pretty ing frustrating. And the lower back muscles are also essential for a good looking torso, making your posture better.
AND ofc training your upper back and chest will make your torso look more narrow, if you should ever gain muscle in those areas.
And yeah, having a little belly is much more manly than having a six pack. |
