+1 i lost a good 5lbs over the holidays by not exercising. i love the holiday season unlike everyone else i ALWAYS lose weight i rock. |

I love running in the winter, especially on those crisp cold clear days. However, for tomorrow there's a lot of wind and some rain forecast, won't keep me from my scheduled 22km though. |

I used to do 10 mile runs every Sunday back in August-September time. For a while, I thought I was going to die through exhaustion but it gets easier as time goes on, and educating myself on pacing was also a big help.
Cool, clear days and taking a lungful of that crisp air really can't be topped but it's a pity we just don't enough of that here :( |

Bahaha, yeah I gained 10 pounds. Felt ing disgusting. I'd like to lose another 5 to 10...but what a difference 5 pounds makes. God. |

Yes, I said it made my look awesome. But carrying extra weight around my midsection, not so much. I'm lucky because when I gain weight it distributes itself evenly all over my body, but any more weight than what I gained and I wouldn't be able to hide it any more/as easily. Seriously, when you bend over in the shower to shave your legs and you can feel fat touching fat...there's a problem, lol. Not to mention how sluggish and uncomfortable I felt. |

| Haha, honestly...most people look at me in disgust when I say like "Gotta get rid of this fat/weight", or "Omg I'm such a cow!" But it's more how I feel than how I look. |

| well my bf finally got motivated to start working out with me. it's kinda hard for me to get into my routine when i live with someone who totally isn't into it, so i've been lazy and smoking pot and cooking big meals but i haven't really gained any weight. i'm still like 108 last time i weighed myself. but yea we went and joined LA fitness and i'm really excited about the indoor raquetball courts. we're gonna play a couple times a week and then the other couple days we'll do weights. also getting into more healthy cooking so i should see some results by summer for sure:) |
