Recently, i've been lifting more and more weights, im already maxing out 3 machines while doing back
I also started doing deadlifts on monday. I did 315lb my last set and i have never done dead lifts in my life.
Im also up to 100lbs flat bench dumbell press. The dumbells at my gym go up to 120lbs so hopefully ill get there in few months. |
