i do alot of rock climbing so ive trained myself well with chinups 2 fingers, 1 hand (i can do about 3 to 5 on each hand on a good day. But as people have mentioned im looking for strength gains in my legs lol |

this picture is of me at 137 138. At this point i was benching 205 lbs.
I have some lower back problems and need to strengthen my back.. this is why my squat is so low. If you put me on a leg press i can easily do 5 plates on each side or even 6 (so thats 450 to 540 lbs).
I would like to get to 165 lbs max! preferably 155 lbs as more weight then that will start to hinder my ability to climb |

i have a size 28 29 waist and long legs. I would definatley like to bulk up on my legs a bit thats for sure. I wouldnt say im completely disproportionate.. granted my arms are a tad larger then my calves (but not by much!) |

I'm jogging for about 35-40 and hitting the weight room afterwards.

i ran for only 10 mins again today - didn't want to aggrevate the foot any more than it already is.
overall a leight workout. my headphones were starting to annoy me.
20 pullups, 20 leg lifts, 20 dips; and some abwork w/ weights.
glad i went - but just didn't feel...all that motivated? i dunno what the right word is ; but just didn't feel right. gym was basically empty too - had the place pretty much to myself.
maybe that's what did it....its weird...i hate working out on my own; but i love group stuff. like Group PT at my last unit was a blast. granted there was little variety (although, since i led it, i could basically do whatever i wanted with the group...hehehe); but it was fun to work out with people. i hate running the treadmill by myself, especially when my headphones keep popping out. blah. |
