| i am making a transition switch. i am going to do workouts in the morning before work, rather than in the evening after work. any morning workouters have any tips, stories, or suggestions to keep the motivation going? |

No matter what I do, I can NOT get the motivation to work out in the mornings. Even after a ty day at work, I am still more motivated in the afternoons. Odd. |
