If you're having sugar, have it in the morning and try and avoid it after lunch. |

How about right after lunch? Is it bad?
I like to have some coffee when I get in my office to study, and I like my sugar with coffee and milk :p |

Definitely not possible. On top of everything else, my gym is in my basement which has a very low (about 7') ceiling. |

Well it's not going to kill you, but at least in the morning you have more time to burn any excess energy. One or two sugars doesn't hurt, though it's ideal if you can wean yourself off it.
Vegetables and fruit taste SOOOOO much better when you limit your sugar intake. |

thermogenics simply raise resting heart rate so you burn more calories. not a substantial amount but enough to make a difference over time. think 50-100 calories/day.
they make a great addition if you're doing everything else correctly but they are no miracle product. for example, to start my summer 'cut' i'll be adding on more cardio, taking in ~200 less calories than my 'maintenance', and using a thermogenic. this will allow for a slow and steady cut while maintaining energy levels. |
