Been working the arms today, had a great session and done about 2 miles on the bike as well today. RUINED but feeling good! ;)

Tried to do some legs, arms and back today but my lungs feel like they are on fire. I'll give it a couple of days.

Changed my diet, cardio and workout last week to get cut up for summer... I'm using this workout, which is really intense and the descriptions are very in-depth: http://abcbodybuilding.com/13weekfatburningworkout.php

I live a block away from my town high school's track & field so I originally planned to wake up 6:30 AM and run for a half hour on an empty stomach before work... just my ing luck that they're installing astroturf (wtf?) and construction workers are already on the field working at that time. I guess I'll have to drive down to the county park or my gym for the time being. Anyway, I'm also doing HIIT cardio on the treadmill after my workouts for ~15 mins.

I'm thinking about taking Venom Hyperdrive as a fat burner in a few weeks to help speed up the process. Judging from the reviews, it gets the job done, but some people react pretty bizarre to Venom Hyperdrive.

I don't really post that much on here anymore since my work finally got smart and blocked Tranceaddict, but I'll try and post some updates here and there.

3x12 Leg press
4x12 Calf press

DAY2
Biceps, Back, Hamstrings, Abs
3x12 Pullups
4x12 Cable row
4x12 Lat pulldown
4x12 Leg curls
3x* Crunches

Early this year had patellar tendonitis and a subluxated sterno-clavicular joint. Funnily enough, they're my first sports-related injuries and they didn't happen at once - one at gym, the second jumping rope 2 weeks later haha. Oh, then I got a stomach parasite in bali and couldn't eat anything but rice and eggs for two weeks. So, from new years to now, I had not even seen a barbell. Over this three months, my arms went from 15.2" to 13.5". My body was eating itself. "Thanks bali".

SURE DO HAVE THE WORST LUCK EVER.
I'll get back there though. ;D

haha yeah, i was debating between lipo6 or venom hyperdrive. i guess if i experience some of these crazy side effects from venom (i think a decent amount of these people reviewing aren't even taking it properly) then i'll go with lipo6


edit: thats a really good meal plan echo


edit edit: there's also lipo-6x which is manufactured by the same company. i think that was the one i was considering. it seems like its lipo6 with some extra added ingredients

dont do arms you bull dyke. all girls need to do is rows (back), stiff leg deadlifts (ass) and pec dec (bust isolation). just hammer those three and you'll have an hourglass with ghetto-booty in no time.

do it.

never do:
arms, shoulders or calves. otherwise you might as well change your name to george and grow a moustache.

also, dont do abs. working your obliques widens your waist.

Meh, I just want to tone up my triceps. I'm not looking to sculpt myself into Barbie...I like my body the way it is. :p


The only reason I even did upper body is because I strained my ACL running, and can't do any cardio.

Does that actually work? I dunno about those fat burners since they took the ephedrine out of them. Did they come up with something new that actually works?

My biggest problem with the fat burners is that they are more expensive than my amphetamine prescription and nowhere near as effective.
