ive been sick for 2 weeks and got tubby off of beer and pizza :\
this last 1.5 years has been F*ing annoying for health. its up down up down up down |

Do you drink alot of water ? |

about 70-80 oz a day. Plus tea and vitamins. I only really eat sandwiches, apples, and yogurt/cottage cheese.

| hey orbax , i am going to get started back at the gym been out of it for a year and half almost... one thing whenever i used to run my shins used to hurt crazy am i doing something wrong, other than that some of the excersises you mentioned as to start the barbells etc, i dont think i can lift that much, what do i suggest i do first to build those muscles to lift that much weight? |

Ok, so I'm curious as to what the difference is (exercise wise) between a regular exercise bike, and a 'recumberant' exercise bike?
