O man killed the biceps today! :crazy:
Straight bar curls
10X 45
8x 55
6x 65
6x 775
Hammer curls *seated
10x20
8x 25
6x 30
Preacher curls
10x 45
8x 45
6x 55
4x 55
Ha this is were it got fun, I dont know is you guys are familiar with the concept of 21's but anyways its 7 half curls (upper) 7 half curls (lower) 7 Full curls. O man did this burn it out,oh and as you finish no rest start with a heavy weight work down.
Started with 55 bar, 45, 35
On the last weight i felt like my biceps were going to explode!! :tongue3
Anyways good work today tomorrow afternoon cardio then gym. |

| me and my bro always did the very last exercise as 21s... so miserable after youve already done a hard day. Would do it with the 55s no matter how tired we were and just spot for it all. always made me want to pass out. they kick ass! |

my legs are sooooooooore tonight. we did a load of circuit training and sprints this morning. i thought i had stretched pretty good afterwards, but i came home, went to bed after eating breakfast; and then when i woke up tonight, i was like, "uuughhhhhh, suck". |

| You can go on by what a guy is gonna tell you, again different goals different workouts. For me right now its around an hour of lifting and 25 minutes of hight intesity cardio. Whether i do it before or after my workouts depends on the day. |

i'm not a fan of our PT gear that we have to wear. the shirt is awesome, because it fits really great. it doesn't breath, because it's polyester (sp?) but that's ok, because sometimes it feels good to sweat.
but the shorts, holy crap, they suck so much. short shorts - like high school track shorts. no real pockets, and the crotch is cut all wrong. sucks. |
